Phone order

Hi there,

 

I placed an order over the phone for a Samsung galaxy z flip3 128gb in green on the 22nd of this month and have heard nothing since. The money for the upfront cost of the phone has been taken from my account though

 

please help

Has your plan changed? 

 

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?

No, plan hasn't been changed and the DPD app has no scheduled deliveries. Don't even have a confirmation email from EE of any kind.

 

The person I had placed the order with on the phone had said that I'd get a text from DPD the next day with a time slot as that was the last day deliveries would be made before x-mas, but I've had nothing.
