Hi how do I know if my order has been accepted? it is a pay monthly contract

If you don’t contact them as requested they won’t be able to process your order. If you can’t call them perhaps visit your nearest EE store.

@Hannah922  You’ll receive a email with a XKO/XKN number.  Check your emails you might need to check your spam folder. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I got that and a message saying to contact them but my phones broke and only works online and emails 🥴
