I recently got a new phone and have paired my Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 with it but I cannot set up a mobile plan for the watch using the Galaxy wearables app it tells me "For help fixing this, contact your service provider" as well as giving me some device info to send you
Any help would be much appreciated

You'd need to be on a pay monthly phone contract to get the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G plan.
