Does anyone know if there is a problem with topping up Add-ons to my 4GEE WIFI at the moment?

I have been unable to top up the data (want add on 6gb for 90days) using either EE App or website for quite some time? - It just keeps on telling me that I cannot be on WIFI.... which I am not, I am using 4G Data. I am completely unable to add-on just DATA

My mobile is Vodafone, so I cant even ring 150 for the customer service - DOH!

Hi XRaySpex, thanks for response.

Unfortunately it is the screen below that just keep coming up when I use EE website or APP...I don't have a landline (live on a boat), so try to do it from my mobile, and my WIFI button is definitely off and my Cellular data is definitely on ... maybe that is the problem though, as my mobile is Vodafone iPhone? Its weird though, as I can see how much data is left on the 4GEE WIFI and all my personal/history details relating to the account, the only thing it doesn't seem to do is let me add on data. I've even tried going on the EE webite using my computer at work, but the same message below comes up and I wouldn't have a clue how to check their proxy settings!??!??!?? .... But I will try using the tel numbers you provided below for customer service... Thank You!

WiFi should be ON on your mobile, & PC at work, & connected to router to do this.
