Hi,
I am facing a very annoying issue that I created on my own. I received an eSim that I added. I started the procedure to activate it which disable the physical sim. However I removed the eSim by mistake before it got activated. I am now having a disabled physical sim card without any mobile network and of course no esim either. I have ordered a new eSim but I am worried I won't be able to activate it without access to the mobile network.
Can anyone confirm or tell me I am wrong ?

Hi @littlemonsterfr,
You'll just need to call Customer Care to complete your SIM swap when your new eSIM pack arrives.

I unfortunately cannot make any phone call because my physical sim has been deactivated in the process.
