Re: Order tracking: pay monthly orders

I placed an order on Thursday and have not received anything other than thanks for your order. 


When I try and track the order it shows an error stating it cannot be tracked on this page and asks me to call 150 which after 25 mins on hold I have given up on. 

 

I ordered a Samsung and Watch and S21+ which were both in stock when I placed the order.

 

Can anyone help?
