I ordered a phone from you yesterday, it said 24 hour delivery yet the only email I have received has been a confirmation of purchase? Any time I input the order number the tracking section says it can’t show my order details but to keep an eye out for emails or texts. I would like to know when my phone will be arriving and whether it’ll be before Christmas as it was stated on your website that it would be. I also understand we’re in a pandemic and things are complicated however false advertising on a website doesn’t really look well for you as a company. Any response other than a template one would be amazing. Thank you.

@chloemckea You have an order number not a tracking number. You’ll receive a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you.
What phone did you order ? Storage size and colour
