S21 out of stock and cant track order

I have ordered an upgrade and got a confimation email then i got another email i had to phone to confirm some details and while on the phone with customer services was told the phone was now out of stock, and it would maybe back in stock on thursday the 9th December and i haven't heard anything since, does anyone have any idea of the wait times? The phone is a samsung galaxy s21 5G 256gb in grey, and all the prices have went up quite a bit since i ordered it so i dont want to cancel it and change the deal i got

Welcome to the community.

 

Our stock checker says 'not available' for that model, which is unusual. I would recommend calling again just to double check your order.
