I placed my order on December 18th and so far I have not had any response about my order and when I go to track it is still under confirmation and they said that the delivery time was fast because today it is 12/23/21 I would like to know that it really is happening to you and I'm your client and that's not done,
@yago1 The waiting time for this device is 28+ days. It says this on the website So you’ll not get it any sooner unless EE can clear the backlog or orders that are in front of you for this model type.
