Scams: Information about scams currently circulating

Sorcha
Former EE Community Manager

There are various different scams that customers may come across by email, phone call, text and more. We want to keep you up to date with some of the ones that are being reported to us on a frequent basis so you know what to look out for.

The current climate has not stopped scammers from trying to take advantage so in cases like these, the more you know, the better prepared you will be to spot them before it's too late.

The information will be coming from the BT/EE security teams who are working to protect our customers from scammers. This will allow us to give you advice and examples of what scammers are up to.

Each time we have something to share we'll create a new article, but to make it easy to access, we'll update this thread with the links to those articles as they are created.
