BT have recently transferred all my BTID information over to EE.  In doing so all the numbers I had on my Call Protect list have disappeared - neither can I view my bill from EE.  I have been trying to acquire a BTID but EE are telling me they do not recognise my account number - even though I have this number on a letter received.  Can anyone help please
