Resolved! Replacement sim

HiI returned from abroad and discovered the sim has gone. So I ordered a new one. It arrived, I put it in as instructed bit it won't connect to the network.

Reactive eSIM

Hello, so I am outside the uk rn and I accidentally deleted my eSIM and now it says it is inactive and I need to use my eSIM really badly right now, is there a way to reactive it? 

Port complete but can’t make or receive calls

I’ve had a text to say my port is complete but still can’t make or receive calls. Switched the phone off and on again numerous times but still not working. This is very inconvenient, how can it be resolved? Can’t call EE as I can’t call out!
