Getting no OPT codes

Hi I've recently joined EE and ported my number over, but for some reason I'm not receiving any otp codes from the likes of my bank etc. tried to call 150 follow the instructions for technical support wait for a text which I don't get, so I can't get in touch with EE support.

This is becoming frustrating as I can't use certain apps without a OTP code.

Hello @ixon2001 ,

When did you port your number over?Porting does not happen over the weekend and if you did it after 17.00Hours on a Friday, then the earliest would be a Monday, unless there is a bank holiday.

Is your phone showing your ported number or the one that came with the SIM card?
