Hi,
I placed an order for an e-sim on a sim only contract moving from 3 to EE and the person I spoke to on the phone said it should be delivered to my email within 30 minutes but it’s been 4 hours and it hasn’t arrived.

Hi @Bethlouiseday07 If you still haven't received your e-sim, I'd recommend giving us a call on 0800 956 6000 so we can get the order looked into for you.
