@Vitalii1212 , if phone and or SIM card have been stolen, you need to urgently report this to EE, who will block them and issue you a replacement SIM card.
You can do this either via another phone or by ringing customer service using something like Skype using the numbers in my signature, or get someone to do this for you with you there.
