Hi i have a physical Sim, which I want converted to eSIM because my phone only has eSIM I have the number the pin the code. How do I get to convert it to esim?

I’ve got a SIM card with EE on contract and it’s in an android phone which I can’t find/can’t remember log in details to try and find it, is there any way I can track the SIM card ??
