If you don't have the old SIM card to receive the PIN needed to register the SIM card, please get in touch with our mobile care team to get this registered.

I'm sorry to hear you've lost your SIM card.

Please contact our lost and stolen team on 07953 966 250 as soon as possible to report it.

They'll deactivate your SIM to avoid any unauthorised use, and arrange to send you a replacement.
