Hello 

I would like to order a new micro SIM card. I am using a new phone and the SIM card I have is too big and won’t snap down into the correct size 

can I please order one

@LouiseMWalsh : Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

You can order a replacement SIM by giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store with photo ID. 

Our customer care team can be contacted by calling 07953 966 150 from any handset or provider.

@Murali2 : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.
