£1444 monthly bill -panic

I moved to India 1 year ago . I regularly change from my Indian SIM to my EE SIm to make calls but this month I cannot believe this bill my account suspended . I try texting to 150 for help but messages not delivered. 
I think 2 reasons . I forgot and left my EE SIM card in for 1 day making personal/ business calls also I added another Business SIM card from another network Vodaphone couple of weeks ago . I not tech savvy . Would this have hiked my bill up . Also I no data so I cannot call EE for help I am panicking

Are you on contract or PAYG? I'll assume contract.

What does the breakdown of your bill say that these £1440 charges are for?

£1400 of charges would normally amount to making & receiving about 10 hours of calls. Was that possible? Furthermore EE SIMs are meant to be used for normal short trips or holidays abroad, not for residing abroad. You are expected to spend no more than 2 months outside UK in any 4 month period. Beyond that you may have been surcharged or even have the line suspended.

Were you calling India Visa helpline again?

Did it not occur to you to place a Spend Cap on your line as were going to be away for so long? That would be the sensible way to avoid high roaming costs.

Any use of a Voda SIM would not incur EE charges but obviously will incur Voda charges. Is it Voda UK or Voda India?

Voice calls don't use data.

@Menlove67 , just to add, your SIM card and account will be suspended when you owe that amount of money, the only way to speak to customer service, you would have to ring from another phone or use an app to ring them using the numbers in my signature.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thank you for your response. I will check out the numbers in your signature. I just wondering if it because also I put in another Business SIM card SIM last few weeks so I have Business SIM line and primary line EE SIM which were both activated / open when I made the international calls

Hi Thank you for your response. It is contract. When account reinstated I will put spend cap on . Yeah probably  around 10 hours but I have had this monthly usage regularly and never incurred any where near £1444 beforeIt is a Voda India SIM I recently put in . Going to try and get it sorted today . Don’t know how I am going to contact them
At least if EE had the decency to warn me they going to suspend my account I could make the necessary calls . I am a woman on my own in India . Kinda feel abandoned by them . I have been a customer for decades . Don’t need this stress

What can I say
I seemed to have made this mistake but it won’t happen again . I just need it resolved. Again I have made many monthly international calls to same lines in UK on monthly bases but no where near this bill of £1444 
Need to contact them today .
