I topped-up my credit £15, and now struggling to renew my SIM local pack from the credit. What do I do? I do not want to sign up for packs that need my debit/credit card details for monthly renewals.

20£ bundle does not activate

Hi,I have 20£ on bu credit. With it im trying to get a 20£ plan with 50gb of internet. After i complete purchase it does not deduct credit and neither activating a plan. But it sends me message that its succsesfull. Any ideas?
