I topped up £10 on the top up page, pressed Buy and my £10 said Bye and disappeared from my credit. Why do they make it so stupidly confusing.... and where does the money go ?

this was for wifi4g mini and think I'll be moving on once my data is gone as this site is like a puzzle and where's my £10 credit gone ?

topped up £20 and added to buy, now it is not showing on my data bar. Really at the point of disappointment with wi fi 4g mini  and  the advice given by the customer service number. This site needs a rethink me thinks
