I am new in EE, I bought a pay as you go sim with 20gb data sim plan package but when I used it and linked it to my EE account it is showing that my package is 8gb, 500min call, unli text. And showing in my sim i dont have credit balance and i have 0gb, 0mins call and text. Will this change and will the package i bought online reflect after some time? Do i just wait first?

Hey there @K_10

Welcome to EE, and thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!

Have you had a chance to check your balance by text like @XRaySpeX recommended?

Peter

I did it says £0 balance

I just checked again it has £10 balance

Thanks for confirming that, @K_10.

Can you please try sending a text with NOW to 150?

This should help get your pack up and running.

Peter

It says a i dont have any pack, and when i texted all pack it doesn't show the offer i paid for £10 for 20gb. When i paid for it it's in my email as well that it's 20gb

Thanks for giving that a go, @K_10.

I think with this it's going to be best to get your account checked at our end so we can be sure what's active on here.

If you get in touch with our pay as you go customer care team, they can help sort everything out!
