Stopped Receiving SMS in Cambodia

For years my pay as you go EE SIM has had no problem receiving SMS in Cambodia. Today, this is no longer so and I cannot receive any SMS at all. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?Thanks.Mac.

Refunds

Refunds should be done  with out having to call and get messed around on the fone so will u do this now and put my £10 in my bank account
