Data pack waiting and not working

Can't use phone

Have £10 credit which isn't working. Can't call 150 from phone to speak to anyone. And can't add an 'add on'. I'm BASED overseas but use an EE Sim when hone. Last use was Feb and no issues

Subscription not activating

Have been sent a new sim and popped into my phone however it is not registering and when I go to “register” the number on the EE app it tried to send me a text which of course isn’t possible as my phone displays no network.
