ROAMEU7D not working

Hi,

I'm in Malta, I have credit on my account and on appropriate flexplan but when I text ROAMEU7D to 150 all I get is a message about codes I can text in the UK and EU.

Can you please help me resolve, thanks.

@AmyJ89 : I'm not at all sure that the new PAYG EU Roaming facilities cover Flex Plans.

Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG?

Hi, yeah I received a message saying if I text ROAMEU7D to 150 I'd be able to use my usual allowance. I topped up my account and text 150 and just received a message about codes I can text.

Did you send this message to 150 before you left the UK?

This exact thing is happening to me right now, when ever i text ROAMEU7D to 150 after getting the welcome to france message it gives me the automated response telling me all the codes i can use, not recognising ROAMEU7D as a code. my dad and sister have both been able to roam but i haven’t. please lmk how you fixed it if you did.
