I bought EE PAYG Top Up Leaflet 10 with paying £10 via online. The SIM has been delivered 31 Jul, and the deliverable notes that “Your £10 top up will be added to your account within two days.” But the balance of the SIM is still Zero. How can I get the top up to the SIM?

@Chris_S : FYI: AL, ALLOWANCE, BA, BALANCE are all the same. So, I've already asked that.
