IMPOSSIBLE TO GET PLAN

I have been trying to get the £10 plan on my sim but unable to. 
The text to 150 has been asking that I add credit to automatically start the plan, this has happened to a point where I have added about £30 and tried getting the £30 plan to no avail. 
move tried calling the 150 number to get help but was on hold for 1hour. 

I just want to add the £10 plan to my sim thats all. But it looks like the text thing is stuck in a loop where it’s not activating the plan for me, I have tried STOP PACKAGE text to stop any existing plans, tried forcing new plan by texting NOW but still nothing has worked out. 
I have sufficient credit to buy plan, it just won’t let me. 

many help regarding the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @MSemetsa 

It seems like you really have tried all ways to get this working, and I'm so sorry that you're not any further forward. 

If you have topped up £30 successfully, then the credit should be available to spend. 

What response do you get if you text BALANCE to 150? 
When was the last time you used your Pay As You Go SIM card? 
Did you try texting PLAN10 to 150?
