Why is my £10 monthly pack not renewing automatically?  Do you take this or do i need to contact my bank?

HiI topped up yesterday. My £15 pack didnt go on and I didnt realise now its took all my credit.

My pack has not updated

My pack has not updated despite lots of credit and I cannot use my phone. The phone line help person said there was no solution as it was an IT issue without prognosis. Has anyone else had this and what is to be done? Change supplier?
