I just brought an ee sim.tried buying a £30 subsciption,it was declined.i then tried buying a £30 bundle it was declined.so i paid £30 to top up on 150.i was immidiatly send a message saying thanks for buying our £20 bundle.you have £10 left in your account.i called customer services and requested the £20 bundle be cancelled and the £30 one added.he said yes no problem all done...hung up the call and checked,he cancelled the £20 bundle with no refund .i have no data and its asking me to pay £30 to get the bundle im now subscribed too.tried calling them back and the office is now shut..way to go ee you had a new customer for under an hour.....how do i get a refund so i can join a network that wont do stuff like this?

PAYG credit is not refundable.
You choose a PAYG SIM with a £20 pack. Why did you expect it to give you a £30 pack instead?
