New sim! Poor coverage! pay as you go! wasted money! No refunds?

Got a new EE sim yesterday, and added £10 top up.

once came home, no signal, but time to time just 1 point signal  comes and go! Can’t make calls to 150 or to book the service either.

Checked the coverage online, shows no issues!

Already made a complaint to ee about my coverage, yet I cannot use it. Bought it as I do not have waiting broadband connection being set up. Unfortunately this sim cannot even make a call.

called customer care, they said no issue! 
went to ee shop where I bought sim and top up, they refused to refund the top up.

now having a useless sim with wasted money!

if ee cannot provide service, can’t you give my money back at least?

@Maashi   No network will guarantee a signal indoors as buildings can and do block signals.       For give me for saying this but you’ve got an internet connection as you’ve posted on here.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Does the outdoor coverage match the online prediction?

The tool is only a "best guess" and is generally accurate, but the results aren't guaranteed - especially if this is an indoor-only issue.

I am using internet from O2 from home, as ee has no coverage!
My question is regarding poor coverage of ee inside and outside the home! I cant even make a call using useless ee sim.

No it does not. Its same for both indoor and outdoor.
When I try O2 sim with the same phone, in the same location indoor, I have 3/4 coverage while EE gives 1/4 time to time when I am outside. But ee website shows 4/4.

What does the coverage checker show for indoor and outdoor coverage for the area? 

Do you get signal in other areas?
