Little used phone deactivated

A pre-pay phone I haven't used for a while has been deactivated, but still had credit on the account. How do I get the phone reactivated?

@PeteM006  You might want to read THIS so you can then prevent this from happening again,  it also says what you need to do to activate the sim again.
