Resolved! PAYG top up from another phone.

Hi. I have a paygo sim for data use at our caravan.  We are looking into having the guests buy extra data, as they are going through like mad! Can it be topped up by a different phone number  or am I the only one that can top up please?

Top-up made but no data or call allowance

My 30GBP pack was supposed to renew today.  I topped up last night.  Credit is showing 35GBP on the website and when texting 150.  But my data isn't working and the website says I have 0 data, 0 minutes, and 0 texts.  Please help!

EE first time user and data not coming in

Hi, I bought a multi SIM card from EE and paid £15 for the data top up. After putting in the SIM card into my EE mobile, the data (subscription pack) is not available. My account value is £0. What should I do? Can someone please help?

Package renewal issue

I had topped my credit up ready for the renewal, but it didn't renew and my credit is gone. There are signal issues in the area (this has been happening over the last few weeks) and the service connection is unstable.
