Upgrading pay monthly plan mid-month

wow2

I need more data, so want to get a different pay monthly plan than the one I currently have. The website was down yesterday, so my current one auto-renewed. If I just buy the new one, presumably I will have paid for both for this month. I can't see anywhere to check if I can just pay the extra, or get a refund of the previous one. None of the options on 150 get me to speak to someone and none give the information.

Hi @wow2,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having switching your pack. If you were to move to a different pack while your current pack is active then you would need to pay for both. If you give our team a call then you should be able to use our digital system should get you through to the right people to discuss your options.

Run the current pack until you exhaust its data, then buy the new bigger pack & then text NOW to 150 to make it start immediately.

Every time I call, it just takes me to digital menus, and I can't find a single option that ends up with me speaking to an advisor. I tried to buy the new plan on the day the old one ran out, but the system was down, I just got errors, so the old one auto-renewed. I don't feel I should have to pay for both, but I need more data from now on.  Can someone call me, or is there a direct number I can call someone on without a digital menu as I have spent hours going through the different options on there and getting nowhere.

Hi @wow2

There will be options that will take you through to a guide who can help. The best option will be to choose the technical support option as @Christopher_G mentioned.
