Resolved! Chosen Subscription Pack (PAYG) doesn't appear

Hi there,The Subscription pack I selected when choosing EE does not appear as a top up option. 20GB (was 8GB) and 500 mins, unlimited texts for £10 a pack. On the top up page it only shows as 8GB package which is not what I chose EE for. Can you help...

HelloI have £15 / 25 GB new sim and used it then it stopped after one day with no internet connection. plus I don’t know where to get the voucher. Do I have to add another £15 when I didnt complete a month it is actually one week now.
