I topped up £9 yesterday, but I completely forgot that my subscription plan was £10, so I tried to top up another £1 and found out that the minimum top-up amount is £5. I would like to ask if I can request a refund first and then top up to £10, as I will be returning to my own country next month and no longer need this phone card. If not, what should I do with the extra £4? Does EE have a dedicated human line service? I keep getting artificial intelligence when I call.
