Unable to activate new plan

Have topped up for  15. However whenever sms is sent for activating 15 plan. It is asking to topup again.PPlease help with this

150 for top ups - Not available?

Anyone noticed that dialing 150 and selecting option 1 for topping up; it is not available at the moment? Rather not use the EE fastwebpayg web portal or the overly bloated EE app.
