EE advertise, both on their automated telephone response and on their website, that additional data will be provided to pay as you go subscription packs. For example, £20 pack has data allowance increased from 50 to 150GB. When you try to purchase after logging on this additional data is NOT provided. Anybody have any clue about this?

The additional data is not offered as soon as I log on to purchase the subscription pack.

Are you going to the EE online shop at Best Pay As You Go SIM ? If not, where are you going?

@NiBB This isn’t a top up ie PACK it’s a new sim/PAYG. So it you want this you need to order a new PAYG sim.

As you see I've already tried it & it always offers me the extra 100 GB. Show me the screen that it doesn't.
You say you are logged into your a/c. What products are linked to your a/c?
As @Chris_B points out those adverts & on their online shop are for the purchase of brand-new PAYG SIMs that include extra data as part of the online promotion. You don't get extra data when just buying a pack on an existing SIM. You just continue buying packs with their normal allocations.
