I am subscribed to the £10 pay as you go subscription pack, I have reoccurring payments come out each month to cover this. It says that I have a 10% discount because of this yet I have never had any discounts and I’ve been subscribed for over a year.

Good morning @Amypj89.
Welcome back to the EE Community!
In the past we've offered the option for recurring payments, but the option with discount is slightly different and was rolled out more recently.
This is called a Saver Plan and uses direct card payments; if you haven't already I'd recommend checking out our help page on this which details how to ensure this is set up.

@Amypj89 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Never mind. I’ve deleted my payment method and set it up again. I think this might have sorted it, wish I had done it sooner. All the discounts I’ve missed out on 😂

Yes, that's a recurring top-up from your bank card which occurs the same fixed time each month. It is not subject to a 10% discount. It is the predecessor to the current Direct Card Payment which does give a 10% discount & is made whenever you buy a pack at any time of the month.
That msg in your MyEE a/c is wrong & must be confused between the 2 types of card payment.
