Early charges

I usually pay for my 10 pound pack on the 2nd of each month, but this time the payment was taken 4 days early. That wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I was actually planning to cancel my subscription and switch to Giffgaff because I’ve been having poor service with EE wherever I go. Now I’ve got £10 sitting as credit, and I’m wondering how I can get a refund?

@Alfiejackson : PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.
