For the past few days, I’ve been unable to top up my phone. For some reason it’s telling me to link my product id by asking for my number and I’ve done that but then it says “error try again”. Anyone know how to fix this?

Resolved! reducing 30 day subscription

Reducing usage and monthly payment.I have a £15 subscription plan renewing every 30-days, but now living abroad so want to either reduce this down to the lowest amount as possible if possible to nil. How do I do this on my account.

Hi, my number has been ported to EE and I have a Pay As You Go plan. I already paid £13.50, but I still can’t make calls or use data. It says “no account/credit”. Can you please check and activate my plan so I don’t have to pay again?
