Hello.I have ordered a new SIM card. It will cost me £1.50 when I next top up my phone £10. I was told the £1.50 will come off when I next top up, however do I need to pay £10 still or do I need to pay £11.50?

Resolved! A random 40 p charge

I topped myself up 10£ then two days after it says I don't have enough money for my next plan and then I checked and then I was randomly 40 p short of 10£ and it won't say why it randomly took 40 p.

I topped up my EE Pay As You Go account online by card (£10) and need an official receipt or invoice for my employer's expense claim. Is it possible to obtain a receipt/invoice for a PAYG top-up, and if so, where can I download it?
