Subscription payment 10£ as you go

Hi there. I am being charged twice for a package. How do I turn off Recurring Card Payment-10£ and leave Auto Card Payment-Pack-9£ Auto Card Payment-Pack?

Try texting STOP REC to 150.

Direct Card Payment & Recurring Card Payment were 2 separate methods of auto paying for packs by card. The former replaced the latter some time ago but you shouldn't have both.
