cant purchase pack even though i have credit

i message AL to 150 and it says i have £10 credit and in the app it says i have £10 credit. i message PACK10 then YES but whenever i try put TOPUP to use my credit it sends the same text again. how do i fix this or alternatively is there a way to withdraw my credit.

Have you had the £10 pack active previously or are you changing the pack, or taking a pack for the first time?
