I am already in Malaysia and need to set up roaming urgently. I have a pay as you go sim. Can I get some assistance please as I need to receive text messages.

Abroad call

I have purchased an add on, the 30 minutes from abroad. I am trying to call but i am being told that calls have been barred for this number. I am in Bahrain trying to call a UK number.
