With ZERO communication from EE to advise on service being down at the moment. Been down since Sunday and still no contact from EE to let me know anythiny. So frustrating!! I am hoping for some compensation here as I have no service whatsoever!

@Mnixon123 No network will guarantee at 24/7/365 day service as issues can and do happen that are out of the network’s control. You'll not get any compensation after 2/3 days unless you can prove it’s been detrimental to you. Ie your business has suffered and you’ve had a loss of income because of no network coverage and you have no other means of communication like Wi-Fi calling as you obviously have an internet connection.

Consequential loss is covered in EE's T&Cs, and is not provided for.
A goodwill payment may sometimes be offered in specific and individual-customer-cases.
Knowing what service the OP is querying would also be useful, to advise further.
