Resolved! Can’t make international calls

Hi I’m trying to make a call from the uk to Lithuania. However it keeps saying calls to this number are barred from my phone. I have increased me spend cap to £30.how do I make the call I’m willing to pay the charges ?

Calls and message saying I need to top off

I just bought an eSIM card to use in the UK but when I try to call a UK number, I get a message saying I need to top off. Also, can I call an international collect number for my credit card? Thanks for any help!

Cannot hear phone audio
