why won’t calls from NGCC connect with my phone. it keeps going straight to voicemail

Normally calls going directly to voicemail suggests one of 3 things, depending whether the caller in question is sending caller-ID or not.

1: They're sending caller-ID and you've blocked their number

2: They're not sending caller-ID and you've set a "do not disturb"

3: You've set an unconditional "divert all calls"

Can you receive calls from other callers? Does your phone show coverage? Are you in the UK or abroad?

All other calls are coming through.
I’m not on do not disturb.
I’ve not blocked the caller.
I think EE have blocked this as a robot system, but I need to take their calls.

If you have an iPhone, can you please go to Settings > Apps > Phone, and make sure the option for screening unknown callers isn't active?

If you continue to struggle from there, I would recommend reaching out to our technical team, and we can then get this investigated further from there.
