I am having the same issue with you on my new EE sim. Surprise . . . . Has your issue been solved? My mobile phone is only functional inside my house through wifi calling. Outside my house, it shows 'SERVICE UNAVAILABLE'.

EE are truly shocking to deal with, I would never recommend these to anyone I know!! Once you get into a conversation with someone the phone just cuts off. Tried several times to contact them due to their signal coverage being appalling.
