Hi @Pastashell1

Thanks for coming here.

If this is happening in multiple areas, have you tried the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?

Leanne.

I need a new SIM card sending out

Hi @Pastashell1

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive, if this has now passed please get in touch with us when you get the chance. You can also visit an EE Store with Photo ID and they can replace the SIM for you.

Leanne.

It's not the SIM card if it's happening to multiple SIM cards in multiple devices.  The only common point of issue is the network.  Ignoring that inconvenient fact, whilst the simplest form of response, will not result in any form of improvement.  Instead, it will serve only to alienate previously loyal customers to the point that we leave EE for another provider.  Although I currently remain in contract, after more than 20 years as and EE customer, I am actively looking for an alternative with a decent signal for when the time comes.

I don't see anywhere in this thread, that the OP has stated multiple SIMs in multiple devices, are having the same issue.

If you read the other messages in the thread you'll see that the issue persists with both my SIM card in my phone and my wife's SIM card in her phone.  There are also many others stating that they are finding similar issues of poor signal and degredationm of the netwrok.  That appears to be multiple SIMs in multiple devices.

You might want to read this thread to make sure of that. The first post here was from @Pastashell1 today at 12.27pm - you may be referring to another thread which you started and potentially has a similar title.

All they have mentioned thus far, is poor coverage in multiple locations, but there's no mention  of what tests have been done. On the face of it, that suggests a device issue - but a comparison with other EE users and potentially a 2-way SIM-swap would be the next step.

Me too but stuck in contract
I thick if they can’t deliver you should be able to leave without penalties

Crucial to fault-finding is to identify what exactly isn't delivering, as you put it.

I have experienced first-hand, symptoms that all pointed at network issues - but turned out to be a device issue. What have you done to prove this isn't the case?
