Re: poor signal reception indoors

I too have awful EE signal in the Maidenhead area, I have contacted EE several times as phone calls drop out or I can hear them but they can't me, this has been gradually getting worse and worse and EE say there is nothing wrong with their network, even though these drop outs and hearing issues happen while i'm talking to your call centres. There must be a solution as all that your staff do is one day tell me to change all my settings and the following day tell me to do the opposite !!!! There must be a solution or a boost in signal, this is becoming a nightmare and i would imagine the only solution is to move to another network. Any thoughts?

Your post has been moved to a new thread.

Is this a recent problem, or has it always been this way? Temporary degradations are often caused by local outages, be they planned or unplanned - use the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance.

Does the outdoor coverage broadly correlate with the predictions from "check coverage" on the same tool?

The broad brush solution to poor coverage, or the way to "boost signal" is to install new network sites.
